WHAT TO BRING
What should I bring to camp?
A key to a successful camp experience is to make sure that you come prepared. Check our list below to help ensure that you remember everything you will need for camp.
- Sleeping bag/pillow
- Sleeping pad, air mattress or cot (optional but recommended)
- Personal Items (towel, soap, toothbrush, shampoo ect.)
- Rain wear
- Sweat shirt
- Jacket
- Rodeo wear (boots, hat, long sleeved shirt, jeans)
- Extra shoes you don't mind getting wet or dirty
- Casual wear for game time
- Tennis shoes

- Bible
- Small Notebook
- Pen/Pencil
- Bug Spray
- Sunscreen
- Flashlight
- Medication (All medications MUST be checked in with the camp nurse at registration)
- ALL NECESSARY HORSE GEAR!
- HORSE FEED, HAY, SHAVINGS, BUCKETS and TACK, if you bring a horse

If bringing a horse to camp, you will need to provide upon arrival to the fairgrounds a negative coggins and health papers. If you do not have these items your horse will not be allowed to stay. |
Be sure you take home all that you bring with you to camp. We suggest you mark all of your items ahead of time. We also suggest you check the sleeping areas, arena, showers and stall areas before leaving.
What not to bring to camp?
No personal valuables should be brought to camp! Spoon Creek, Rodeo Bible Camp will not be responsible for lost of stolen items. DO NOT bring knives, tobacco products, illegal drugs, cards, TVs, radios, ipods, video games, cell phones (this will be strictly enforced), or other electronic devices to camp (NOTE: A cell phone will be provided if there is an emergency). NO dogs, stud horses, or mares with colts!
Is there a dress code?
In order to promote a positive environment at camp we require that all campers adhere to our guidelines on dress and appearance while attending camp. Please be sure you pack appropriately. |
